According to on-chain data, a new whale has exchanged more than 270 ETH (approximately $500,000 USD) to purchase PAW on ShibaSwap.

According to on-chain data, a new whale has exchanged more than 270 ETH (approximately $500,000 USD) to purchase PAW on ShibaSwap. Interestingly, instead of a single lump purchase, the anonymous whale has elected to make several sustained purchases over time to reduce the overall price impact of each purchase.
Following this shopping spree, $PAW is up over 40% in 24 hours, trading at a price of $0.00000005040823744812066 per token at the time of writing, outperforming the market average 20-fold.
In the days prior, $PAW token has seen stability and recovery following a few weeks of selling pressure. Stabilizing around a floor of $0.00000003 per token, the asset continues to grow in price, volume, and holder count.
PawSwap Staking Update
Community excitement grows in the PAW community as staking inches closer and closer on PawSwap DEX. Staking, a highly popular and lucrative venture for DeFi traders, allows users to earn rewards from simply holding a particular crypto asset. Following the completion of Certik’s rigorous security audit, users will be able to stake their $PAW for rewards on the platform for high yields during the start of the staking event.
Community APY estimates vary wildly and are still unconfirmed. However, PawSwap dev Pawkishi assures listed rates will be in real-time on PawSwap’s staking platform as rates change over time, ensuring data presented to the end user remains an accurate display of expected returns. This clarification follows controversy regarding ShibaSwap’s now disabled staking platform and burn portal, on which many users claim promised rewards were not received in full, or in some cases not received at all. Community feedback has been overwhelmingly positive across social media, with many users regularly sharing their intentions to stake on the platform.
