Achieve Your Fitness Goals in the Gym and the Kitchen

Winter Garden, Florida Aug 31, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Meyer & Meyer Sport, one of the world's largest sports book publishers, has announced its newest title on runner's nutrition, Run. Walk. Eat, to be released September 1, 2023. The book, written by Olympian Jeff Galloway and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Carissa Galloway, offers guidelines that put the runner in charge of their nutrition to train harder, perform better, and recover faster. With sample meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes throughout, athletes will feel empowered to reach their short- and long-term fitness goals.

Praise for the Run Walk Run® Method:

"I had thought I was done with running; but when I signed up for local 5K races and 2 mile races, I needed to re-start my training. Jeff Galloway's method of run/walk/run intervals is as easy a training program as I know."

"...the method works. I'm using a Run 3 minutes walk 30 seconds method and I haven't been injured at all during my runs, I feel great the day after my long runs, and my timing is actually faster than running straight."
