Barry continues to say, ”The subprime finance company model has scale and lower costs, but maximizing the collection of gross margin through the effective use of data and basic risk management techniques can make the BHPH model a far superior return on assets,” said Barry. “At the end of the day, the most important thing is collecting payments. After all, how much interest income does an auto dealer earn when they have to repossess a loan?”
