Feb 16, 2023
Many hundreds will assemble for the 2023 Solar Farm Summit conference and exhibition March 13-15 in Chicago to see the next superabundant evolution of the solar energy + land use renaissance first hand; and learn from the largest gathering of agrivoltaics professionals in the planet's history so far.
CHICAGO - Feb. 16, 2023 - PRLog -- The largest assembly of agrivoltaic experts and practitioners in the history of the Earth is gathering at the 2023 Solar Farm Summit in Chicago this March for 2+ difference-making days of exceptional discussion and in-person exchange, starting with the opening of the SFS23 poster gallery and a pre-summit networking event the evening of March 13. 500+ attendees will enjoy an immersive networking experience capped 3 nights in a row with happy hour beverages and hor d'oeuvres, complimentary with registration, as well as a solar + land use program of the very highest educational caliber March 14 & 15 featuring 70+ of today‛s foremost minds (and hands).
While Day 1 is unofficial pollinator day, and Day 2 is unofficial solar grazing day, speakers will work through a comprehensive syllabus that builds from entry-level basics of a land-based solar project; into exploration of the project lifecycle; up to the state of the art of agrivoltaic science, practice and policy; as well as Q&A, town halls and technical assistance.
A sold out exhibition will showcase 30+ organizations currently hard at work to put the farming back into 'solar farming' quite literally, not to mention ranching and pollinating. Attendees can expect to connect with this emergent space's brightest minds and learn from those actively working every day to catalyze, consult and/or construct the next evolution of multi-functional solar farms enabled by agrivoltaic practices.
Plug into the start of a real, actual land use renaissance and see for yourself how an entirely new industry is already standing up to harness the combined power unlocked by stacking energy, environmental, ecological, economic and agricultural function into a single agrivoltaics project at the 2023 Solar Farm Summit, conveniently located at the Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O‛Hare hotel only one short mile and free shuttle from the airport March 13-15.
Limited early bird tickets and discounted hotel rooms are available on the Solar Farm Summit website for a limited time: https://solarfarmsummit.com/
