To counter limitations posed by the NZ Covid-19 response and with limited accessibility to health and fitness facilities, Steve has designed a range of programmes that are tailored to each individual and use only free weights, resistance bands and body weight. He offers in person coaching or online fitness programmes to all kiwis. The importance keeping moving and staying fit have on both mind and body are at the forefront for Steve, more so in these challenging times. Steve has committed to weekly screening, social distancing and equipment protocols to be able to keep his clients safe.
Steve has 12 years’ experience in NZ’s High Performance Sport sector, specialising in strength and conditioning for elite athletes. Exercises are shown in video form to ensure correct technique, and as an extra check, video can be uploaded and sent back to Steve for review.
