Ayasan didirikan di Bangkok, Thailand, pada 2012 dan saat ini beroperasi di Jepang, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, dan Laos. Perusahaan berencana memperluas jaringan ke Malaysia, Singapura, Filipina, dan Kamboja, sehingga mencakup sembilan negara.
