BizMatrix.ai, a company focused on building, acquiring and scaling digital businesses with proprietary AI technology, has acquired MediaPub.live, adding the digital media company to its growing portfolio of AI-powered brands.

BizMatrix.ai, a company focused on building, acquiring and scaling digital businesses with proprietary AI technology, has acquired MediaPub.live, adding the digital media company to its growing portfolio of AI-powered brands.

The acquisition brings MediaPub's entertainment and media capabilities together with BizMatrix.ai's AI-powered tools, agents and analytics. The transaction will also utilize AssetLedger.ai, BizMatrix's Web3 platform designed to support tokenized transactions, ownership transfers and governance. Essentially, BizMatrix is bringing AI and blockchain into the deal while the Writers are still trying to remember our passwords.
