BSSG announces the public launch of its updated software and financing education platform CLS for small business and property investors.
Jun 4, 2018
Locally owned BankerShare Solutions Group LLC (BSSG) has announced the completion of the conversion from private server to cloud based access for its legacy software and education platform called CLS.
Hartford, United States - June 4, 2018 /MarketersMedia/ —
"Business owners and investment property investors can now access and enjoy the same advantage for obtaining commercial funding that we have used privately for years - that's the ability with software to DIY predetermine if your financing request is likely a “GO”, or not, before ever speaking to a lender " said CEO and Co-Founder John Matheson.
About CLS software
CLS is business and investment property financing analysis software. With CLS, the user DIY prescreens their financing transaction against common commercial bank guidelines. If it's a "Go", CLS generates a One Sheet that the user can confidently share with the commercial lender of their choice to begin the process. If it’s a "Stop", corrective action may be recommended before an application is made. Up until now, CLS was not available to the public.
CLS is the ultimate conversation starter and empowerment tool for the commercial borrower. Lenders like it too, as it delivers to them a prescreened transaction, saving them time and money in the initial due diligence stage as well. "
CLS takes the upfront angst out of the commercial borrowing process, and is a game changer for how commercial borrowers and commercial bankers will communicate" said Howard F. Bronson, author of the business book Free Enterprise, who has evaluated the platform.
CLS is now available for purchase nationwide as 7 different applications for property investors or business owners at cls-software.com.
