Canada Custom Pet Photo Pillow Manufacturer's Donation To Kids Charity Announced
Apr 17, 2023
A Canadian custom pillow maker has announced that it has donated custom-shaped pet pillows to the children’s charity Chai Lifeline Canada. Pilloo has brought “huggable memories” to children separated from their pets by medical conditions with personalized pillows featuring photos of their pets.
Montréal, Canada - April 17, 2023 /PressCable/ —
As part of the recent initiative, Pilloo has provided various personalized pillows designed for children who are spending extended periods away from home due to chronic illnesses. Each pillow is customized with a personal photo of the child’s pet dog or cat and conforms to the unique shape of the animal.

This latest donation is reminiscent of how the company began, with the gift of a custom pillow to the endocrinologist of the founder’s daughter, who was instrumental in helping the family adjust to her type 1 diabetes diagnosis. By creating these personalized gifts for the children of its local community, Pilloo continues its mission of commemorating special memories with meaningful custom gifts.
The donation to Chai Lifeline Canada is also in line with Pilloo’s commitment to providing people with durable, unique gifts to help people remember loved ones and special occasions.
Pilloo produces its high-quality photo pillows via a sublimation printing process that only uses non-toxic inks and resins. This printing method makes the transfer of the image onto the fabric permanent, ensuring that the pillow will retain its bright colours with use.
Moreover, the pillows are made using a wrinkle-free polyester velvet fabric and high-quality stuffing materials. These textiles are chosen to make the products fluffy, full, and comfortable to hold and relax against.
Pilloo clients receive a complimentary custom keychain with their purchase of a pillow, featuring a miniature stuffed pillow also printed with an image of their choice.

A satisfied customer said, “We surprised our daughter with a Pilloo of her black cat to whom we recently had to say goodbye. She was so happy to be able to cuddle her Tilly forever. She also was excited to be able to bring her to school with her on her backpack as a keyring. I also originally ordered the wrong size and they corrected it immediately.”
