Mind the Gap Consulting has developed its new Ultimate Guide to educate others about coaching services in response to the transformations that have taken place in the nonprofit sector in the last few years. Although Sean Kosofsky appreciates that there are often stark differences in leadership styles and structures in the nonprofit world, it is an increasingly large and competitive sector.
