Cecilia Rogier and Eduardo Marceillac: The Minds Behind a Global Children's Music Phenomenon
Oct 3, 2026
With billions of streams worldwide, the Argentine songwriting duo expands their educational footprint into the U.S. bilingual market.
Buenos Aires, Argentina Oct 2, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - In today's children's entertainment landscape, few creators have achieved the cultural and educational reach of composer Cecilia Rogier and arranger Eduardo Marceillac. Known artistically as Dúo Tiempo de Sol, the Argentine creative duo authored iconic early childhood hits such as "El Baile de los Animales," which gained massive global popularity through their collaboration with El Reino Infantil.
With over three decades dedicated to music education and psychomotor development, Rogier and Marceillac have grown far beyond digital streaming success. Today, their catalog serves as a vital resource across the United States for Spanish immersion programs, early childhood educators, and Hispanic families seeking to foster heritage language learning through music.
"Music is a universal language, but in early childhood development, it is the most effective tool to connect emotion, rhythm, and speech," states music educator Cecilia Rogier. Composer Eduardo Marceillac adds: "Every arrangement is specifically engineered around children's natural movement and motor skills, producing organic compositions that resonate across generations."
Combining rich Latin American rhythms with practical educational methodology, the duo has established itself as an indispensable benchmark for both the children's entertainment industry and bilingual education across North and Latin America.
