From history to politics, Charles Bruckerhoff’s book, ‘Plowman: Harvest of Grain and Innocence’, shares an impactful journey of Stella and Hana, driven by curiosity.
San Jose, California Nov 2, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Strong, impactful, and extremely gripping, Charles Bruckerhoff's, recently launched book, 'Plowman: Harvest of Grain and Innocence' shares a beautiful story of two young girls, Stella Young, and Hana Sanada. The story starts with Stella and Hana as 12-year-old girls enrolled in the Stanton Academy for Humanity. The academy is all about building characters through life's hardship, and imparted truth, justice, and morality. The students of this institution have renamed the school "Sustainable Farming on Steroids". During their school days, Stella and Hana find the diaries of their two grandfathers, one was based on World War II, and the other one was from the Vietnam War.
Their actual journey starts many years after they find those diaries, and as adults, they decide to turn the journals into book-length manuscripts. But during this process, Stella's father, who was serving as an infantry captain, in Afghanistan. During his service period, he gets killed in one of the battles. This shakes the family to the core, and now the girls are more driven to find out about the "wrong wars" that the American government had committed her heroic soldiers to. With years of research on this, they both have figured out where the government has gone wrong. And as they have their theory they embark upon a new journey to re-establish law and order, honor, morality, and integrity in this nation.
Charles Bruckerhoff is a very interesting person; he served the army in when he was just 19 years old. He also has eyewitnesses of the Vietnam War, on returning in 1969 he started to pursue his degree at college in English, Literature, philosophy, and research techniques. And now he is one of the established writers of Sequoia House Books. The unfailing combination of an ex-army man and an avid writer makes this book engulfing and extremely relatable. Bruckerhoff as a young boy was extremely curious, strolling hills and valleys, fields, and streams of the Ozark Mountain foothills. 'Plowman: Harvest of Grain and Innocence' is available in various places, you can check out Amazon Books and Barnes & Noble, or you can also visit the website of Sequoia House Books.
