Crêpes à la Cart Kitchen now offers gluten-free batter for breakfast crêpes including the American Classic, Crêpe Benedict, BEST Crêpe, Minturn Special, Garden Breakfast, and Summit Breakfast.

Customers who are looking for a vegetable-rich menu item can get the Garden Breakfast crêpe, which is served with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Optional cheeses like Swiss cheddar or mozzarella can also be added.
The crêperie also has protein-packed options like the Minturn Special. This crêpe is served with smoked salmon, brie, spinach, and a special chive sauce.
