Exclusive Buyer Agent service relaunched in the Colorado area to help buyers in locating and buying their homes with dedicated real estate agents.

Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association has relaunched its non-profit services for helping customers find agents to assist in finding, buying and negotiating real estate in the Colorado area.

The Colorado association was founded in 1999 and is solely made up of companies where the owners, brokers and agents are all dedicated to working exclusively with buyers looking for retirement, investment, ranch, resort or second homes. This exclusivity means that their agents’ interests are with the buyers and not with the home sellers, meaning they can focus on negotiating specifically for their customers’ needs.
The updated services can put buyers in touch with agents who service a specific area where their customers intend to buy. These locations include Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins and Boulder. Whilst the headquarters staff in Evergreen are available to answer any questions customers may have.
The Colorado buying association says that all their agents have expert knowledge and are trained to be great listeners, have expert home evaluation skills and an ability to explain the processes for first-time buyers in a clear and patient manner. Additionally, they are able to point out the pros and cons of properties and know which homes qualify for particular financial programs.
The agents with the Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association also have in-depth knowledge of first time home buyer programs as well as local neighborhoods. This includes a list of resources covering schools and crime areas as well as up and coming neighborhoods in their specialized areas. From this, they can perform a comparative market analysis of similar properties in the area to help their customers find the best prices.
