Bear Creek Dental Center (719-633-2828) has updated its cosmetic dentistry services at its state-of-the-art practice in Colorado Springs, offering patients to restore damaged or decayed teeth with porcelain dental crowns.
Colorado Springs, United States - April 11, 2023 /PressCable/ —
With the announcement, Bear Creek Dental Center is reaching out to new patients, including those seeking treatment for fractured, decayed, and broken teeth. Using advanced techniques and technologies, the cosmetic dentists can fit patients with porcelain caps that cover their damaged teeth, restoring them to their former size and shape.

The service update at the family practice responds to a recent report from the CDC indicating that over 26% of adults are currently suffering from untreated tooth decay, an issue that can be resolved through dental crowns and implants.
Those interested in being fitted for porcelain crowns can arrange an appointment at Bear Creek Dental Center. Its technicians will begin by taking an accurate impression of the tooth in question in order to produce a custom crown.
The dentists will then reshape and resurface the tooth to ensure the new crown is fitted properly. An interim crown can be attached to the tooth with temporary adhesive while the permanent one is produced at the dental laboratory.
The cap will be customized to match the shape and color of the rest of the teeth using lifelike porcelain that imitates the natural translucency of enamel. This material is highly durable, a property that ensures it can be used as a long-term solution to broken, fractured, or decaying teeth, as well as for cosmetic enhancement. Moreover, these caps can effectively cover large, unsightly, or fractured fillings.
At a second appointment approximately two weeks later, the porcelain cap will be attached. The cosmetic dentists will then check the fit and comfort of the crown, before providing aftercare advice.
