'Come In' by Ho Jo Fro Is A Mellifluous Production Filled With Catchy Pop-Rock Hooks
Sep 3, 2021
Ho Jo Fro screams out their realness and unique pop-rock musicality with the latest song ‘Come In’ that connects for its instrumental depth and fresh vocal melody.
Charlottesville, Virginia Sep 3, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - Amidst the cyclone of Alt-rock artists who throw together exploding soundscapes, a humble band based in Charlottesville, Virginia, that has brought their freshness to the scene with a unique blend of stunning Alt-rock melodies is Ho Jo Fro. Ho stands for Howard, Jo stands for Johnson, and Fro stands for Friends and others. Formed by members Paul (DPR) Johnson on keys and vocals, Alton Prillaman on bass, Dave Prine on guitars, Chris Doermann on drums, and Susan Munson and Cheryl Knight on additional vocals, the master group is achieving new heights with their upbeat, piano-based theatrical, and progressive alt-rock sound that instantly impresses the listener. Combining their creativity with contagious melodies, the band is driven to present records that are marked by poetic lyrics and create emotionally driven impacts.
Cumulating all such influences and adding multiple layers of infectious sounds along with hauntingly melodious harmonies to connect, the band has dropped their latest soundtrack 'Come In' which puts out their artistic perspective flawlessly. Sung by a female member, the song is intertwined with intricate vocal lines and the catchy harmonies enhance the listening experience tenfold. The energy of the song translates to the listener as they groove endlessly to the hypnotic beats and other intriguing instrumental sounds that accompany. The drum work and the guitar riffs sound stellar and the lead singer's weighty vocals add enough flavors to make the song easily memorable. During the mid-riff, a faint male chorus joins the soundscape that readily accentuates the impact.
Coming from the United States, Ho Jo Fro builds their music under the label Turnip Music and has continued to engulf the music scene with their cohesive and fulfilling compositions. The band's amazing approach to pop-rock music makes their productions immediately likable and the new song 'Come In' is a powerful reflection of their vast musical abundance. A worthy composition that sounds both satisfying and uplifting is now available on Spotify for a full listen. Also, follow them on Instagram for more details.
