North Las Vegas,United States - May 11, 2022 /PressCable/ —
Telehealth allows doctors to provide care to patients from anywhere in the world, using video conferencing and other digital technologies. Dr. Sharon can now obtain complete vital signs including heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, blood presure, stress level, and risk of heart disease – all from A-I technology that uses the patient’s cell phone camera to conduct a facial scan. This information is then transmitted to the doctors in real-time, allowing them to make informed decisions about the best course of treatment.
Dr. Sharon reviews the medical literature daily for the latest scientific information on Covid-19 disease. He has found scientific data published in medical journals that provide information on “long covid.” Long Covid, or Post Covid Syndrome is a new category of illness that has been identified by the World Health Organization. It is characterized by symptoms that last for more than three weeks, and can include fatigue, anxiety, depression, brain fog, insomnia, chronic cough, severe upper respiratory congestion, asthma-like symptoms, post traumatic stress disorder, fear of public places, anxiety with panic disorder, heart damage, and blood clots. Dr. Sharon is using his AI-driven telehealth platform to provide care for patients who are suffering from it.
Dr. Thomas Sharon’s work in telehealth has revolutionized the way medicine is practiced, and has helped to provide care for patients suffering from long covid. His work with the new AI technology of remotely reading vital signs and health risk is allowing Dr. Sharon to provide preventive medicine to stop the development of the many complications. He orders chest x-rays, other imaging as needed, and blood tests to further evaluate his patients current condition and health risks. The staff at In Good Health PC make all arrangements for Dr. Sharon’s patients to have those diagnostic tests.
Current estimates in the medical literature are that 16 million people in the US alone have symptoms of Long Covid. Dr. sharon has found that most of his patients have never heard of “Long Covid.” Dr. Sharon says, “My patients have recurring Covid-like symptoms and don’t understand why, when they have been testing negative for Covid-19.” Dr. Sharon also states that public education on Long Covid is sorely lacking and badly needed. That is why he takes the time to teach his patients about the dynamics of Long Covid and how to prevent new episodes.
