E Bay Is Selling Ticketing Unit Stub Hub for $4.05 Billion

December 02, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ - Sunsella, a business based in Las Vegas, Nevada, that offers home and kitchen products online, comments on the announcement that EBay is selling ticketing marketplace StubHub for $4.05 billion in cash to ticket reseller Viagogo Ltd. This decision came almost a year after activist investors exerted some pressure on the ecommerce giant to get rid of some its businesses. In January of this year, activist investors Starboard Value and Elliott Management Corp urged Ebay to sell its ticket sales business and eBay Classifieds Group in a plan that would help double the company’s value.

After the activist investors had made their request, eBay decided to make changes to its board of directors in March. Later, it announced a review of its eBay Classifieds and StubHub businesses as part of its agreement with the activist investors in an effort to avoid a proxy contest.

Meanwhile, the online marketer of various home and kitchen products has announced the availability of a number of products. One of their products for cooking is a set of four silicone egg rings. These rings are made of high-grade and extra thick silicone and each ring is provided with a stainless steel handle for easy retrieval while cooking. Each ring is reusable and non-stick and it is recommended that it be used on coated cookware for non-scratch cooking. With these rings, people would be able to make perfectly round fried eggs, pancakes, omelets, burger patties, and more. They are also heat resistant and oven safe, which means they can be placed on a pan, a barbecue grill, a skillet, or a griddle.

Another in-demand product offered by Sunsella that could be useful when cooking for the upcoming holidays is the silicone vegetable steamer. It can withstand heat up to 446 degrees Fahrenheit or 230 degrees Centigrade. It is also provided with durable locking handles that can be conveniently used to easily retrieve it from inside a pot or pan. And the handles can be folded, allowing the lid of the pot or pan to be closed while it’s being used for steaming. It can be used to steam different kinds of food like fruits, eggs, dumplings, desserts, vegetables, chicken, meat, seafood, and more.
