Englewood, United States - August 11, 2020 /PressCable/ —
Elite Hail Systems was named winner of the Best of the Best 2020 Award for PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) beating out over 150 other competitors to take home top honors in not just one, but thirteen different Denver Metro area cities. Colorado Community Media presented the awards to Elite Hail Systems as featured in the CCM 2020 Best of the Best Winners Guide. The company had won the award for 2019 in two cities, and has expanded their impact for 2020. The company was voted Best of the Best for Paintless Dent Repair in the following Colorado communities: Englewood, Parker, Northglenn, Thornton, Wheat Ridge, Lone Tree, Littleton, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, Golden, Centennial, Castle Pines, and Castle Rock.
Award recipients were voted on and selected by members of the respective communities. Those in contention for the Best of the Best 2020 Award for PDR were judged based on overall customer satisfaction, value, quality and speed of repairs. Robby Searfoss, CEO of Elite Hail Systems was pleased about the company’s performance, saying:
“We all worked hard to live up to the “Best of the Best” label after winning last year. Seeing this happen, and winning the award in thirteen cities all over the area for 2020 really tells us we’re doing something right. The team is pretty exited to see their efforts paying off in a big way.”
The PDR category represents Paintless Dent Repair, and is the universally preferred method of repairing hail damage on automobiles. Elite Hail Systems entered the Denver market in 2017, after Searfoss had spent decades traveling the globe offering his expertise. Reaching a point in his career where he was ready to settle down and spend time with his family, Robby and his partners established Elite Hail Systems in the middle of “Hail Alley”, where residents along the Front Range are routinely pummeled by hail storms.
Their unique business model offers to pay the deductible of their customers, as well as covering the costs of a rental vehicle while repairs are made. Offering concierge services, Elite Hail Systems takes all the hassles out of the equation, including dealing with the insurance companies on their customers’ behalf. This has allowed them to build up a volume business with the facilities and expertise to take care of hundreds of vehicles at a time when the area is hit by hail; and their customers pay zero out-of-pocket for the service.
The success this has brought the company has allowed them to continue to expand, not only in their home location in the Denver area suburb of Englewood, CO, but offering concierge auto hail damage repair services in Wyoming, and opening up new facilities in the Quad Cities area of Davenport, IA, as well as Amarillo, TX. Currently Elite Hail Systems is looking at an additional location to serve the Colorado Springs area, which also experiences frequent auto hail damage from storms.
