“When FL CNA Skills Center was founded, it was made abundantly clear we wanted to be the kind of company that was known for putting real value into the world by developing students into world-class CNAs. One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced was a sudden increase in the demand for CNAs in hospitals and nursing centers and a sharp decline in adults wanting to become CNAs. The reason being that local grocery stores, fast-food restaurants and hardwood stores pay more per hour than typical CNA jobs. This has been a big challenge in our recruitment process. Fortunately, with some good people behind us, an unwavering dedication to our students, and a strong belief in the way we train our students keeps us going year after year. We have the complete confidence in the results our students continue to receive after taking our courses. This is how we were able to overcome every obstacle and really hit our stride.”
Nessa also mentioned FL CNA Skills Center’s future plans involve continuing to teach the students of Florida the proper skills necessary to consistently pass the FL CNA test exams to the highest level. It’s the hope of the company that this will serve their students to a level beyond any of the competition, their continued service to the Sarasota community continues to be forward thinking and they maintain the title of the top CNA test prep school within FL.
