Frisco, United States - January 22, 2018 /NewsNetwork/ —
Frisco-based SMARTS Education and Enrichment, a child creativity and learning group, has released a number of programs such as the Gifted and Talent (GT) test and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) prep education enrichment programs that help children develop their math, reading, and writing skills to their fullest potential.
More information is available at http://smartsclub.net.
With three locations in the Frisco area, the SMARTS Club Education and Enrichment Program helps to increase math, reading, and writing skills, plus they offer a GT Test and SAT preparation program for students that reside in Richwood communities in Frisco and ,neighboring communities in Plano, McKinney, and Allen. Aptly named the ‘SMARTS Club,’ this initiative is currently accepting enrollments for a number of students into their various programs.
One such program is the CogAT Test. This test is mandatory for the gifted and talented program in the Frisco ISD area and can be challenging.. However, if a student knows what to expect then they can have an added advantage.Getting into the Gifted and Talented Program is ideal for students who have kids with a higher level of thinking. Those passing this test go into classrooms with like-minded students so that they can learn at accelerated levels and above the standard curriculum offered in other classrooms.
Another test offer by the Club is the SAT Prep class, which enables students to enter college successfully. Plus, it helps them earn grants and scholarships. While a SAT test is challenging, preparation, it helps to increase students’ confidence as they know what to expect.
Overall, Smarts Club offers enrichment classes that confront academic challenges head-on. These classes help to build critical thinking, creativity, and cognitive skills. All coursework is aligned with the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) initiative. As such, the facility teaches ‘real world’ problem solving skills.
When asked about SMARTS Education and Enrichment, one parent whose kids attend the facility said, “My kids love this place it’s a great place for the kids to learn and be up to date with their academics. Dr. Meenakshi and her team have taken great responsibility to make sure kids strengthen their foundation. My kids love the classes here as well, personal attention and fun in learning. I recommend SMARTS to all age kids.”
