Overcoming a death sentence to topping the charts with hits like Cheat Codes, Big Eroy is ready for success!
(PRUnderground) April 5th, 2021

Bigg Eroy, real name is Eric Stanley, is an established veteran hip hop recording artist who is in a fight for his life to reach the top before it’s too late. The E in Eroy is from his name, Eric, and Roy is from his middle name, La Roy. He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan but now resides in Centreville, Mississippi. He has been an artist ever since he was just a child. Eroy has always been creative, whether it was his art with his drawing, writing creative stories and even testing his hand at poetry, he was always creating thoughts and ideas and putting them to paper.
At the age of 25, Bigg Eroy was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), a disease in which the immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves. Multiple sclerosis causes many different symptoms, including vision loss, pain, fatigue, and impaired coordination. The symptoms, severity, and duration can vary from person to person. Some people may be symptom free most of their lives, while others can have severe chronic symptoms that never go away.
Unfortunately for Big Eroy, in 2015 he received his first treatment for PML and it gave him a rare and often fatal viral disease that is referred to as Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML). PML is a disease that attacks part of your brain because the body is unable to fight off disease the way most people’s body fights off disease. Most diagnosed with PML either die within a year or are severely disabled.
Six years later Bigg Eroy is still proving the doctors wrong and his only mission is to touch as many people as he can through his music. He has been dropping hit record after hit record using his life experiences and sharing his stories through his music. He has been cheating death for the last six years and feels he has the cheat codes as expressed in his record, Cheat Codes. Bigg Eroy is going harder than ever because he knows that he is not promised tomorrow.
