Mobility City of Orlando commemorated their first year in business December 2020!

As many businesses found, 2020 was a particularly challenging year.

Despite the challenging business year, Mobility City of Orlando focused on customer service as their primary key to operations. As their year progressed, they noted how this focus made their first year in business, despite the pandemic, to be a significant business year!

The doors to Mobility City of Orlando officially opened to the public on September 23, 2019.

The results of their year’s focus can be seen in two distinct locations:

1. Their accredation with the Better Business Bureau(R) (BBB) holding a status of A-.

2. Their result in a Google search showing a list of 62 reviews each with a full 5-star rating.

Regarding this, Mobility City of Orlando’s President Ray Merk commented:

“I think that this is indicative of our focus on customer service. We truly take that to heart.”

Business features focused on customer service include:

* Providing service to most of Central Florida.

* Able to order most equipment and offer delivery free of charge.

* Offering a unique Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Concierge Service.

* Providing service to private residents and business locations.

In a state with a significant senior population and heavy competition among businesses to meet the needs of this group, Mobility City of Orlando has proven to be outstanding in comparison with its competitors. They have proven by their success in the market offering scooters and mobility equipment repair, and the best in new DME that by focusing on the needs of the customer and providing exceptional service a small business starting out despite such daunting obstacles can succeed!

Emphasizing how this business focus affected their customers, Alma Hidalgo, Ph.D., AB – Professor, Criminal Justice, FL wrote:

“I wish to thank you for the fantastic work that you are doing as a professional representative of Mobility City of Orlando, Florida. You simply shine beyond words!

I had the opportunity of meeting you for the first time when I needed urgent assistance with my stepfather’s equipment.

Your incredible ability to actively listen and to quickly and kindly respond to concerned customers in need of immediate answers is exquisite. You make each individual feel unique as if he/she is the only person you need to provide service to because you possess impressive grace under pressure. You also provide selfless service by responding to calls at times when most individuals would choose to wait until the next business day. …”
