SAINT CHARLES, Ill, September 24, 2026 -- Higher Level Fitness, a private personal training studio in Saint Charles, Illinois, continues to see strong results from its 8-Week Fat Loss Program, a coaching approach built for men and women over 40. Recent clients have lost within the program's typical 15 to 25 pound range while gaining strength, energy and consistency.
Founded by coach Hristo Hristov, the studio runs a semi-private model. Clients follow individual programs in groups of two to four, coached in person every session, so a woman in her fifties focused on hormonal weight loss in St. Charles and a man in his forties rebuilding strength can train side by side on plans written for each of them.
"Most people over 40 have tried the standard fitness options and found that they no longer work," said Hristov. "Chain gyms, home workout apps and quick-fix diets leave out the coaching, structure and accountability the midlife body needs. The program rests on three pillars: three coached strength sessions each week to rebuild muscle that declines through the thirties and forties, a nutrition framework that survives family meals and busy weeks, and daily accountability check-ins with a coach.
Documented client results include Ilona, down 29 pounds over 16 weeks; Edgar, down 18 pounds in six weeks; Karen, down 49 pounds with rebuilt muscle tone; Stephanie, down 18 pounds in a little over two months; and Chris, down 45 pounds.
