Inc. Magazine Names Sezzle One of Nation's Best Workplaces for 2021

Sezzle, the leading purpose-driven Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solution, has been named to Inc. magazine's annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. The list results from a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether teams are operating in person or remotely.
In the past year, Sezzle more than doubled their employee headcount to address business and consumer demands and to support rapidly expanding growth initiatives. With its recent certification as the first B Corp in fintech, and a focus on the financial empowerment of users, on sustainability, and on ethical initiatives, Sezzle's company culture fosters the ideal space to bring purpose to payments.
Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization's benefits programs were also audited to determine the company's overall score and ranking.
