Insurance Navy Opens New Location in Berwyn

The Berwyn neighborhood in the Chicagoland area will be home to Insurance Navy's newest location on Dec. 14. The fastest-growing insurance agency in Illinois announces this new location in order to better serve the considerable portion of policyholders living in Berwyn.
"Berwyn is the home to many of our clients," says Insurance Navy CEO Fadi Sneineh. "With this location, we will see improved retention and higher customer satisfaction ranking, as well as tap into the Berwyn market that our other locations currently do not reach."
Berwyn is 20 minutes west of the Loop that was once a part of Cicero before becoming incorporated as its own town. Insurance Navy has three locations in Cicero, which along with the other western suburbs are home to a big portion of their customer base. For a lot of the Insurance Navy policyholders in Berwyn, a trip to the insurance office has been a township away. With Insurance Navy's 28th total location, they'll be able to visit their auto, business, or home insurers right there in their backyard.
"Our whole process of selling low-cost insurance has always been convenient for the customer. From the moment we give them a quote to help them keep their premiums in check. It's only fair that our policyholders don't have to drive one town over just for an in-person visit. We're prepared and hiring new agents for new customers too. Free quotes and exceptional customer service are a daily practice, not just an opening-day treat," Snenieh said.
The address for the new storefront will be 6905-B Ogden Ave. in the former spot of Boost Mobile. The on-site representative will be Maria Martinez. The location will be open 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday.
"Providing insurance for drivers in the area is a given. But what will make this location so special is we'll be able to alleviate questions and concerns about existing and new policies. Of course, some visitors have been referred to us by a friend or existing policyholder, so we're aware that there is a standard for Insurance Navy. I look forward to working at the new Berwyn location and keeping it up with that standard," Martinez said.
