Juan Luciano Divorce Lawyer Announces New Location in Bronx, NY

Over the last few months, family law offices have had to find ways to transcend Covid-19 limitations, often having to meet with their clients virtually. But discussions about things as emotionally loaded and important as divorce are difficult via virtual applications. Mr. Luciano wanted to provide his Bronx clients with a safe place close to their home, where they could feel free to discuss their needs privately.
“I wanted a location conveniently located in the Bronx for my clients. Many of them work full time or have children at home and aren’t able to make it to our Midtown office. A divorce is difficult enough and I want to make discussing their needs as easy as possible.”
Mr. Luciano has been practicing divorce and family law in New York since 2005 and is known for his compassionate approach toward his clients. When speaking to them about such personal issues as financial and asset division, child custody, child support and visitation rights, Mr. Luciano feels the client deserves a place of safety to discuss these important matters.
“Especially today with our current local and state objectives to stop the spread of COV-19, I wanted a safe and convenient local place for my clients to meet without the added stress of taking time off from work or having to take public transportation.”
Mr. Luciano graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2004 and has been admitted to both the Appellate Division Second Judicial Department and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York. He opened his sole practice in 2013 and has served as President of the Bronx Family Court Bar Association. He currently runs Juan Luciano Divorce Lawyer, a practice solely dedicated to family and divorce law in New York.
Over his fifteen years of New York divorce law experience, he has developed an empathy and strong understanding of his clients’ needs and vulnerabilities. This new location will allow him to serve clients in the Bronx neighborhoods of Westchester Square, Van Nest, Riverdale, Eastchester Bay, Pelham Gardens, Fieldston, and Yonkers, NY more comfortably and conveniently. The Bronx divorce lawyer will be meeting with clients in the new location by appointment only.
