LevelUP HCS ®, an emerging leader within the talent acquisition, workforce management, and HR advisory space, today announced that it has added healthcare technology recruitment to its growing industry expertise with the acquisition of Portland, Oregon-based EmPower HealthIT. The acquisition will complement LevelUP's expanding healthcare and technology practices and provide deep specialization within a growing industry.
Founded in 2005, EmPower HealthIT, a nationally Certified Woman Owned business (WBENC), is a respected agency within the healthcare community providing contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and executive search solutions. The firm developed specialization early within the healthcare technology space by building strong clinical software-specific pipelines of talent. The tenured relationships that EmPower will bring to LevelUP are based upon 20+ years of specialized focus within this niche market. Clinical Systems, Cyber Security and Digital Transformation are a few areas of the company's expertise.
