Lithosphere Strengthens Thanos as Self-Custody Access Layer for XRP and Multi-Chain Web4 Activity
Oct 6, 2026
The AI-native Layer 1 ecosystem advances Thanos Wallet to support self-custodial XRP access and connected asset activity across multi-chain Web4 environments.
Seattle, Washington Oct 5, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Lithosphere is strengthening Thanos Wallet as a self-custody access layer for XRP and multi-chain Web4 activity, extending the wallet's role within an ecosystem built around user-controlled assets, decentralized applications, and cross-chain participation.
Thanos Wallet provides self-custodial infrastructure designed to keep users in control of supported digital assets while providing access to decentralized blockchain environments. Expanding its focus toward XRP and multi-chain activity supports Lithosphere's broader approach to reducing fragmented access across interconnected networks.
The development positions Thanos as an important user-facing component within Lithosphere's cross-chain architecture. As Web4 applications increasingly span multiple blockchain environments, wallet infrastructure must provide accessible pathways for users to interact with assets and decentralized services without moving away from the principles of self-custody.
Thanos also complements Lithosphere's wider infrastructure, including Lithic AI-native execution, PPAL persistent identity, DNNS decentralized naming and discovery, MultX cross-chain coordination, LEP100 standards, and LITHO utility. Together, these components create a framework connecting asset access with intelligent applications and emerging agent-driven activity.
J. King Kasr, Chief Scientist at KaJ Labs, noted that self-custodial access becomes increasingly important as users participate across multiple blockchain ecosystems. According to Kasr, strengthening Thanos around XRP and multi-chain activity creates a more connected access layer for users navigating evolving Web4 environments.
