With a decade of experience in the human capital management and global payroll industry, Tomá Hanták brings tremendous expertise to the company after occupying several high-level positions, including GlobalView Senior Manager at ADP Prague, Czech Republic. Tomá is a BBA graduate of the Universität Wien (University of Vienna, Austria) and holds an MBA degree from Prague's University of Economics.

He also led organizational transformation by introducing automation BPI projects initiatives & processes and pushed for the optimization of cross-cluster and cross-department cooperation to achieve better client experiences. During his years at ADP, Tomá was praised for his leadership, organizational capabilities, and communications skills - He is fluent in five languages.
