December 2019's PEAK Matrix® report analyzed the capabilities of 24 leading global capital market service providers specific to the banking and financial services, and business process sectors, and identified 16 service providers as the "2020 Capital Markets Operations Services Major Contenders" based on the strongest forward movement demonstrated on the PEAK Matrix year-on-year.
