Jun 20, 2018

Auckland, New Zealand - June 20, 2018 /PressCable/ —
Earlier today, Ironman West announced the launch of its updated pick up and delivery service for ironing, laundry and dry cleaning in the Auckland area.
Ironman West sought out a solution that would make pickup and delivery as convenient as possible for the customer, yet help to maintain a cost effective service. Using a unique online app called Clean Cloud, which was already tested in the UK, they were the first Dry Cleaning company in New Zealand to take on board this new technology. It allows customers to order ironing, laundry or dry cleaning services, directly from their smart phone.
The new app is designed to setup a direct link from the customer to the dry cleaning business, in this case based in Mt Roskill central Auckland.
After extensive testing with their existing customers, the updated service went live in June 2018. For anyone with even a passing interest in the world of ironing laundry or dry cleaning, this new development will be worth paying attention to, as it’s set to shake things up, just as technology has disrupted many other industries.
Business owner Hari Kandula says “The new app makes it very convenient for the customer. They only have to set it up once then ordering ironing, laundry and dry cleaning services is just a few clicks on their smartphone. We get lots of feedback from customers who say they can now find better things to do on their days off”
Ironman West has numerous testimonials from happy customers who love the convenience of door to door pick up and delivery. Hari commented “The online booking system well tested and is a big hit, with hundreds of happy customers throughout Auckland using the service on a regular basis”
Hari continues… “Where you’ll always see our competitors doing the same old thing, we will continue to innovate. We do this because not only do we recognize that everyone is so busy these days, but the app makes it easier for us to manage customers from the North Shore suburbs to West Auckland and even further afield like Manukau. Ultimately this is going to be a huge benefit to our customers because the service is so convenient and efficient”
Ironman West was established in 2012. It has always aimed to innovate in any large or small way it can, due to the firm belief that innovation drives progress for both the business and its customers.
Once again, the convenient updated pick up and delivery using their unique online app is set to launch June 2018. To find out more, the place to visit is https://www.ironmanwest.co.nz
