Hanif regards himself as a legitimate VidCuratorFX review critic, because of his extensive experience with Video marketing. According to Hanif VidCurator FX members should market their videos on Facebook and take advantage of their new 24-hour 'Messenger-Bot' window.
Messenger bots have revolutionized the way brands communicate with their customers, and Facebook aims to take things up a notch by making them even more responsive. On August 15, 2016, the social media behemoth announced that there would be a time limit for how long Messenger bots need to respond to somebody before they get restrained from replying. But with the introduction of subscription-based messaging, some bots would be able to continue sending messages outside of this restriction. The key number here is the 24-hour window. Messenger bots can only send messages within 24 hours after somebody interacts with the bot. This seems to be Facebook’s attempt to compel brands to put more thought into their bots and make them more responsive. Within this 24-hour window, companies are allowed to send promotional messages. This can prove to be an excellent way to boost click through and conversion rates, especially when offering discounts or launching new products.
It’s worth noting that one follow-up message can be send after the time limit expires. The 24-hour window resets every time someone interacts with the Messenger bot. In addition, Facebook allows companies to continue sending “template” messages including flight notifications and sales receipts even after sending the follow-up message. Some messenger bots will not be held to this new time restriction. In particular, those that send news and let users keep track of productivity tasks and personal information are allowed to send messages to their subscribers even outside the 24-hour window. Users need to sign up first be sending a message to the bot. The Messenger bot then asks how often the person wants to receive messages as well as the type of content he or she wants. When a person replies to a message, subscription-based bots can send normal messages. Promotional content, however, is prohibited for subscription messages.
