Oasis Senior Advisors Makes Forward-Facing Company Transitions

Former franchise owners promoted within Bonita Springs-based franchisor!

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. – Dec 18, 2019 – Oasis Senior Advisors announced executive transitions to its leadership team. John Benbrook, formerly Senior Vice President of Oasis Transitions, has been named President of the franchise organization, and CC Childree, formerly Project Manager for Oasis Transitions, has been named Director of Operations for the company. The promotions are effective immediately.

As president, Benbrook will oversee all aspects of Oasis’ business while also retaining his responsibilities for Oasis Transitions, the company’s new initiative arm. “John’s experience, approach and commitment to our business gives me confidence as he takes on this new and critical role for our business,” Evankovich added.

Prior to joining the Oasis corporate office in early 2019, Benbrook owned two Oasis franchises in the Philadelphia area.  Before that he was CEO and member of the board of MMG, an Omnicom Company. He transformed the business from a U.S.-centric health communications company to a leading global patient recruitment company delivering services in 47 countries. He spent his early career in sales and sales leadership at Hewlett Packard and First Consulting Group.

In her new role, Childree will be responsible for the operational performance and process improvement of the overall franchise system. She also oversees the corporate IT program (Oasis IQ) and the Operations Representatives. She will retain her responsibilities for Oasis Transitions as well.

“CC’s experience, attitude and energy make her perfect for this role,” said Evankovich. “Her top priority will be on our internal execution.”

Childree also owned an Oasis franchisee (in Phoenix), prior to joining the corporate team this year. Her background includes more than 20 years as a project engineer, program manager and performance/control analyst, software release manager and systems engineer at General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin and Honeywell Aerospace.
