Orpak Systems, today announced the acquisition of Microsffer, one of the leading suppliers of fiscal fuel station management software in the fuel retail sector. Supported by Orpak, Microsffer will continue to grow, expanding its nationwide presence with its locally approved station management and fiscal solutions, as well as Orpak’s value-added offering. In the near future, customers of the company can expect promotion of the renowned ForeFuel (Fuel Payment by Vehicle’s RFID) solution, and the benefit to use its analytics-based Wet Stock Management and cloud solutions, aggregated to Microsffer’s SIGposto, the most complete solution for station and convenience stores management in the current Brazilian market. No doubt Orpak’s advanced value-added solutions will conquer customers all over Brazil.
As part of a long-term strategy, the two companies hope to facilitate Orpak’s growth and activities in Brazil’s Retail and Home-Base (Commercial Fleets) segments.
