Hyphen Tech inc. began operations in 2013 and in 2016 a direct sales division was created to provide ambitious individuals with the opportunity to become marketing partners and earn their living working from home by promoting various proprietary communication applications.

Rodney Brace, CEO of Hyphen Tech Inc, realized shortly thereafter that a most important component was missing to support the global distribution model. Even though state-of-the-art applications and an envious financial reward program was all in place, something was missing. The missing piece was a proven skill development program (division) that would attract highly motivated entrepreneurs and in turn support them in a franchise like manner that would assure their success.

He commented : “It became apparent that the core of our business was really our customers and affiliates and not just our proprietary software/applications. We believe that as we focus on skill development and personal development and invest more resource and time in training and developing our partners that a higher percentage of them will become successful growth partners. As a healthy side effect of that commitment, PiiP Academy also assures sustainable long-term growth for Hyphen Tech Inc and its investors.”

Hyphen Tech Inc began the ambitious retooling with that renewed mind set with total focus on developing its people.

In the first quarter of 2018 a new training division was developed and put into BETA TEST with mostly existing growth partners. PiiP Academy is spearheaded by Bobby Dignard (aka Bobby D) skill development specialist, professional webcaster with 26 years of successful experience in leadership development within the direct sales/home based business industry.

The reviews have been very encouraging:

“Seven Giant Steps forward in the human potential movement. Achievable by every team partner!” said Alice Hawke, Canada Growth partner, Mad Hattie’s Community, A Journey to Self-Awareness.

Paul Collins, a Growth Partner from the United Kingdom commented “PiiP Academy provides the environment and the invaluable information that my team partners need to create a growing duplicatable structure that will lead to them being able to achieve their goals”.

“Having been trained in old school direct marketing several decades ago, it was refreshing to see the initiative of PiiP Academy, an online education system that focuses on developing people globally with the necessary skills needed for success. With this education Growth Partners take on a totally new posture of confidence that can only assure organizational success.” commented Steve Peck, a Growth Partner and LinkedIn Growth Strategist from the United States.

Bobby Dignard, Co-Founder of PiiP Academy commented : “Members will learn to eliminate all doubts as to what to do on a day to day basis to grow a lucrative PiP 2.0 business by PLAN and not just wishful dreaming. This information will empower members to KNOW precisely how to master duplication. Once learned, struggling organizations transform into predictable growth organizations”.
