Playa del Carmen, United States - March 6, 2017 /PressCable/ —
Playa Del Carmen fishing charter company Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours is celebrating their fifth Anniversary, which commemorates five challenging but successful years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Playa del Carmen, Mexico-based Fishing/snorkeling charter, boat/yacht/catamaran rentals, scuba diving business, which has provided Fishing/snorkeling charter, boat/yacht/catamaran rentals, scuba diving to tourists in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and the Riviera Maya since 2012.
Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours got it’s start in 2012 when founder Nahum and Erin Castillo an Expat and Playense couple decided it was time to turn their passion for fishing and water activities into a business they could share with the world.
One of the earliest challenges Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours faced was that there were already many other fishing charters in the area plus finding ways to beat the competition with excellent customer service and obtaining repeat guests. While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when When guests from all over the world started coming in asking for reservations online through the website during their upcoming vacations, rather than having to go out soliciting the company to locals and tourists already in the area..
Erin Eller, Owner at Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours’s history so far was When the company attained it’s goal of reserving charters every week throughout the high season.”
Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours Founders, Nahum and Erin Castillo says “We’re delighted to be celebrating our five year anniversary. I believe the secret to getting this far in business today is treating the customers better than any other Playa Del Carmen fishing charter company to ensure repeat business.”.
Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours currently consists of 6 employees and has big plans for expansion with more boats and more tours offered in the upcoming year. Continuing in 2017 with one of the company’s core objectives as it has always been to provide an amazing experience that contributes to the customer’s vacation memories for a lifetime.
Pezcaribe Ocean Adventure Tours would also like to thank friends, customers and all its partners for making this a success the past five years in Playa Del Carmen.
