Product Update: Wondershare Dr.Fone Has Released an iPhone GPS Changer Application for Mac
Jul 17, 2020
VANCOUVER, British Columbia - July 17, 2020 - (Newswire.com)
Wondershare has extended its support for its premium application, Dr.Fone – Virtual Location (iOS), by making it available for Mac. It is a smart solution to change the GPS of iOS devices without jailbreaking them.
The application caters to the security needs of iOS users. Its main motive is to protect the location and privacy of iPhone users to make sure their GPS won’t get tracked. Since a lot of users don’t like to expose their location on the web, the tool helps change their phone’s GPS.
Although there are plenty of similar apps like this for Android, iPhone users often find it hard to change the GPS of their device without jailbreaking it. Now, they can use Dr.Fone - Virtual Location (iOS) on both Windows and Mac to alter their device's location without the need to jailbreak it.
What are the key features of Dr.Fone – Virtual Location (iOS)?
Since the application is now available on Mac, iPhone users can take its assistance to change their GPS or simulate the movement of their device. The tool has the following major features:
Teleport mode: This is the simplest way to change an iPhone's location. Users can enter the name, address, or coordinate of a place to change the location of their iPhone or iPad. They can further adjust it by moving a pin on its map-like interface.
One-stop mode: The second mode is to simulate the movement of the iOS device in a route. Users can specify the stop to form a route and further adjust their speed.
Multi-stop mode: This is a more advanced mode in which users can create a complex route with multiple stops in between. They can also enter the number of times to cover the route and the simulation speed.
GPS Joystick: Lastly, to help users move realistically in any direction, a GPS joystick would be enabled in the one-stop and multi-stop modes. Users can move around the map with their mouse or keyboard shortcuts with the help of a GPS joystick.
Updates for Dr.Fone – Virtual Location (iOS) for Mac
While the application was already running on Windows, Wondershare has now extended its support for macOS. A lot of iPhone users have Mac instead of Windows, and there are hardly any GPS changing tools that runs on Mac presently. To meet the growing need of Mac users, Wondershare has decided to develop a dedicated iPhone GPS changer application for Mac as well.
