Roofing Contractor in Windsor CT Continues to Receive Glowing Reviews on All Aspects of Their Business

October 26, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Windsor, Connecticut-based Slavin Home Improvements continues to rack up an impressive list of 5-star reviews that cover all aspects of their business. A good example of that is a review that came in after they completed a big re-roofing job. In that review, the customer stated that not only was the work done right but the job site was left very clean and some extra work was performed that was not even charged for.

In the abovementioned review, Terry Heist says, “Zak and his crew replaced our roof recently. Thankfully we only had one layer and they were able to install on top of that. They were here on time and completed the job in less than two days. When they were finished, Zak made sure that all of the debris was picked up. You didn't even know that they were there. One key benefit was that they also trimmed some trees that were hanging over our roof. This was not included in the price. A very nice added touch. Great job!”

According to the company owner/operator, Zak Slavin, whole roof replacements such as the one mentioned in this review make up a large portion of the roofing work that they do. That repetition has made for roofing crews that have a vast amount of skill when it comes to doing any type of roof replacement work.

The company owner went on to mention that they do take on other types of work as well. This includes installing new gutters and gutter covers. These other services that Slavin Home Improvements provides are also highly-rated by those that have experienced them. Mike Dubois says “If you’re in search of a company that stands behind using quality products and promptness, this is the company to call. I recently had gutter guards installed on my home as well as a leaking pipe fixed on my roof. In the initial consultation, we were given a thorough explanation of the repair and options for gutter coverings. The work was quickly scheduled and within 1 week of our original meeting, the work was complete. Two thumbs up.”

Slavin Home Improvements has even established a reputation for going above and beyond when it comes to helping customers with their roof insurance claims. Jon Fether wrote, “Zak helped us through an insurance claim after a recent storm hit our home in Glastonbury. Having never filed a claim, we weren’t sure what to expect but Zak handled the claim and we were able to get a new roof installed because of the storm damage. The workers were respectful and hardworking and I would refer Slavin Home Improvements if you are considering a roof replacement.”

It’s worth mentioning that each Slavin Home Improvements customer review seen here was taken from the company’s Google Maps listing. Some 217 reviews have been left there on the company and despite this large number of reviews, Slavin Home Improvements still manages to remain a straight 5 out of 5-star rated company.

Slavin added, “We are definitely a company that lives by the old adage that ‘a job worth doing is a job worth doing well’. For me that means taking a lot of pride in the work that I do and going the extra mile for each customer as a way of saying thanks for your business, I know you could have gone elsewhere. I am also blessed to have roofing crews whose team members show this same exact work ethic and attention to detail as they go about doing their jobs. Some area roofing companies may boast about getting a 5-star review but for us, it means that we simply did the work the way it was supposed to be done.”
