On the TCM side, the centre provides traditional acupuncture, facial acupuncture and herbal medicine support. It also runs a smoke-free moxibustion system that uses infrared technology for controlled temperature rather than burning dried mugwort, removing the smoke that has historically limited moxibustion's use indoors. Moxibustion is also offered as a 30-minute add-on to massage sessions, alongside pearl eye therapy and ear treatments.
The Japanese scalp care programme begins with scalp analysis, followed by treatment plans across basic, efficacy and advanced tiers. Facial services include POLA Japanese systems, SkinCeuticals treatments and hydration-focused programmes, each preceded by skin analysis.
Every service starts with a consultation rather than a fixed protocol. For massage clients, that means discussing where tension sits and how long it has been building before any hands-on work begins. For acupuncture clients, intake covers sleep, digestion and energy patterns, alongside traditional tongue and pulse observation.
