Boynton Beach, United States - April 9, 2021 /PressCable/ —
Courtyard Gardens, an assisted living facility in Boynton Beach, Florida, introduces its new Director of Nursing, Sharita Hillary. A licensed practical nurse, Hillary joins the community from a 200+-bed senior living facility in Jupiter, where she was the Assistant Director of Nursing.
More details can be found at https://courtyardgardensseniorliving.com
Hillary has been a practicing nurse for almost 10 years and began her journey in the senior assisted living industry in 2009. Since then, she has helped develop several programs that support senior patients in finding the care they need, whether it is through in-home care or guidance at an assisted living facility. Hillary is recognized by her colleagues in the industry to constantly adapt to the changing times.
According to the latest surveys, there is a need for more assisted living facilities as more seniors develop age-related challenges. Experts warn, however, that the current health climate has reduced the healthcare workforce, where there is a reduced number of qualified nurses available for senior care.
Courtyard Gardens addresses this gap in the market by hiring Hillary, who is respected for her modern view on the healthcare system. Under her guidance, the assisted living facility aims to continue its compassionate services to its senior patients.
Unlike other assisted living facilities, Courtyard Gardens offers high-end, architecturally-designed apartments with free TV and WiFi, call systems, and motion-sensor night lighting. Each patient receives specialty nutritional diets designed by a dietitian and regular personal fitness and wellness counseling.
Courtyard Gardens has adapted to the current health situation by offering virtual tours of their facility. This way, interested families can look at the amenities of the facility without leaving their homes.
Hillary is assigned to oversee the everyday operations of the facility as well as implement the necessary changes to ensure each patient’s comfort and satisfaction.
Spokespeople at Courtyard Garden said, “After a thorough search for the right candidate, we have decided to hire Sharita Hillary as our Director of Nursing. We are excited about the talent and experience she brings to our team.”
