LOS ANGELES - August 6, 2020 - (Newswire.com)
Solar Optimum, a California-based Solar company with 12 years in the industry, placed at the top of Solar Power World’s 2020 Top Solar Contractors list – both in commercial and residential categories.
Solar Optimum is named #1 Top Commercial Solar Developer in California, #1 Top Solar and Storage Developer in California, #16 Commercial Solar Developer in the U.S., and #5 Solar Developer in Solar and Battery Storage in the nation.
“We work very hard to deliver the highest level of service to our customers, and we pride ourselves on earning the highest levels of installer certification from our partners like Panasonic, REC, Enphase, Unirac and Tesla Energy — which privileges us the rights to provide the best product, the best service, the best warranties and the best prices to our customers. So when we place among the very best solar developers on a list of over 400 solar companies, we feel honored and thankful that our hard work pays off,” said Arno Aghamalian, founder and CEO of Solar Optimum.
2020: Growth and Innovation Despite COVID-19 Obstacles
The year started out well for the solar industry. In fact, the first quarter of 2020 was the biggest in the history of solar in the U.S. But with COVID-19 impacting lives and business worldwide, Q2 was a different story – and Wood Mackenzie is now forecasting a 25% decrease for residential solar and a 38% decrease for non-residential markets in year-over-year installation volumes this year.
Despite the adversity in the industry, Solar Optimum has continued to flourish and innovate, using the newest technology and collaborating with the best brands in the world. Like the other solar developers on Solar Power World’s 2020 Top Solar Contractors list, Solar Optimum has shown strength and persevering in a turbulent time – resulting in prominent rankings among the best solar companies in the country.
"The Solar Power World team is so pleased to highlight more than 400 companies on the 2020 Top Solar Contractors list, especially during this unprecedented time," said Kelsey Misbrener, senior editor of Solar Power World. "All contractors featured on the 2020 list reported strong 2019 installation numbers and are continuing to stand tall this year."
Solar Optimum’s rankings on the 2020 Top Solar Contractors list:
Top Commercial (California): #1
Top Solar and Storage (California): #1
Top Commercial (National): #16
Top 50 Solar and Storage (National): #5
