CBD company Guardian Athletic is delighted to announce their new partnership with Team USA heptathlete Chari Hawkins. The new team-up is the next step in Guardian’s commitment to promoting healthy and safe options for advocates of CBD sports drinks and supplements.
The partnership will be used to showcase how Chari incorporates CBD into her workout routine as she prepares to qualify for the summer Olympics.
Chari welcomed the partnership stating:
“I have seen the amazing benefits that the Guardian Athletic products have given me in my training, and from their attention to detail in quality, to the support they have for me on my heptathlon journey, it's a team that I am proud to be part of. I can't wait to share and bring Guardian Athletic benefits to the running community to help people with stress and anxiety, pain and inflammation, and all of the other many advantages I have also seen while using the products.”
Guardian Athletic was also thrilled to discover an athlete with Chari’s talent, ambition, determination, and personality. Chari represented the USA in the 2019 World Championships in Doha, finishing 12th. As a heptathlete, she competes in seven different events. This includes 100-meter hurdles, shot put, high jump, long jump, javelin, 200-meter dash, and 800-meter run. Training for all of the events takes Chari between 3 and 7 hours each day yet Chari is completely committed to her passion.
President at Guardian Athletic, David Pemberton said:
“Our Company is beyond excited to be working with an athlete of Chari's caliber but more importantly with someone of Chari's character.”
About Guardian Athletic
Founded by both hemp farmers and athletes, Guardian Athletic strives to make the healthiest and safest products, specifically for fitness enthusiasts. The business is delighted to be working with Chari and hopes it will show more athletes how CBD could be a key part of their workout routines and their lifestyle.
