A new health and wellness website has launched with an emphasis on balancing mental and physical health.
The Body Follows has a long list of contributors that are passionate about building and maintaining the health of the entire person. Medical industry professionals, motivated hobbyists, authors, athletes, coaches and others provide content to the website.
Visitors to the site will find a full range of health and wellness information that addresses such topics as Beauty, Bodybuilding & Strength, Conditioning & Endurance, Medicine, Mental Health, Nutrition, Sports & Martial Arts, Supplements, Travel, and Weight Loss.
Getting in shape and shedding pounds is an important part of fitness and various methods are covered in detail on the website. However, physical health is only a part of true wellness, so other important issues relating to mental and spiritual health are also provided. The overall goal is to assist visitors with achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes the entirety of the body, mind and spirit.
Although the website exists for entertainment purposes only, all information provided by contributors is thoroughly checked to ensure it is as accurate as possible. Opinions on the performance of certain products and vendors are also highlighted which visitors can research further on their own.
“We believe that information for achieving a full spectrum of health and wellness should be straight, simple and to the point. That’s why our motto is ‘Where the mind goes, the body follows!’” – The Body Follows
About the Website: The creator of The Body Follows has been actively involved in health, nutrition and sports from a young age, and has also both worked and written for websites that address weight loss, fitness and nutrition.
