The Code Solution Sets Gold Standard for Germ-Free Living, While Paving Way for the Future of Construction Design – Patented Anti-Pathogen Hygiene Systems Installed in Multiple L.A. Housing Projects
Jun 9, 2020
LOS ANGELES, June 10, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- As quarantine orders begin to ease and lift, The Code Solution (TCS – https://www.thecodesolution.com/) recently highlighted its multi-tiered patented technologies, protocols, and anti-pathogen building designs specifically engineered to prevent pathogenic spread; fully displayed in four pilot projects currently under construction in L.A. With the goal of stopping future pandemics before they start, TCS is the only large-scale developer in the U.S. with a comprehensive sanitization and anti-pathogen safety design planned for use in all such future housing projects.
The Code Solution: Pilot Anti-Pathogen Building Projects
TCS has designed and implemented its new anti-pathogen building protocols to employ a complex series of technologies that use anti-pathogenic surfaces, hands-free operation and access, and pathogen-killing equipment in key locations. The pilot housing projects include:
A feature of the new designs includes A.I. voice-command systems that enables control of basic functions like lighting and shades, appliances, heating and air conditioning, and other typical amenities. Fixtures are outfitted with nano spray, hand-sanitizer dispensers mounted at entryways, with other sterilization technologies, including strategic use of pathogen-resistant building and fixture materials, as well as powerful, environmentally friendly UV sterilization stations, included throughout each unit. Most living units will come standard with a sanitizing cabinet, Styler-steam clothing care system, sanitizing towel hangers, disinfecting kitchen equipment, UV-sterilized toothbrush holders, UV lights on toilet bowls, a saline solution humidifier, and advanced water filtration systems.
