PALM BEACH, Fla., March 13, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hollywood Land Development Company Chairman and CEO Mr. Nicholas Phipps White is pleased to announce that the Department of Justice will proceed with the payment of $16,289,506,612 for The Sovereign Towers settlement. The President of the United States has ordered for Attorney General William Barr to access the U.S. Judgment Fund for The Hollywood Land Development Company's Administrative Tort Claim #164222575 that had been provided by the former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to Mr. Nicholas Phipps White, the Chairman and CEO, as well as the 100 percent Owner and 100 percent Beneficiary of The Hollywood Land Development Company LLC.
Mr. Nicholas Phipps White is the great-great grandson of prominent philanthropist U.S. Senator Lawrence C. Phipps, Treasurer of Carnegie Steel, who architected U.S. Steel, the first billion-dollar company in the world, and also the nephew of Palm Beach industrialist Henry Phipps Jr. of Palm Beach, Florida who founded Bessemer Trust. Mr. Nicholas Phipps is the grandson of Brigadier General Nicholas E. Allen USAF, former Judge Advocate General and former Acting Assistant U.S. Secretary of Commerce for International Affairs. Mr. Nicholas Phipps had pledged the largest gift in U.S. law enforcement history of $370 million to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office that benefits more than 4,500 men and women of law enforcement in Palm Beach County, Florida. Mr. Nicholas Phipps White is the 100 percent Developer and Owner of the planned Sovereign Towers luxury hotel project consisting of unique, best-in-class in all categories, personally customized ultra-contemporary 800-room Marriott dual-branded Ritz-Carlton/St. Regis luxury hotel with a rooftop celebrity-chef Wolfgang Puck Spago and Cut restaurants built entirely with American U.S. steel, projected to create more than 10,000 important U.S. jobs for Sovereign Tower I alone.
The President of the United States has ordered for United States Attorney William General Barr to proceed with electronic payment by Treasury check for $16,289,506,612 payable to the Chairman and CEO of The Hollywood Land Development Company, Mr. Nicholas Phipps White, by 1PM ET Friday, March 13, 2020.
