Colossal Club NFT is an ambitious and innovative project that is revolutionizing the real estate industry by creating a connection between the physical and digital worlds.
With the rapid expansion of the metaverse and the NFT sector, many billion-dollar businesses are looking for ways to get involved. Colossal Club is an NFT collection focused on creating exclusive experiences connected to the company’s real estate portfolio of mansions. Philip Braunstein, President of Colossal Properties inc. has been an NFT collector since 2020 and was one of the first to display NFTs in a mansion for sale. With over 12 years of experience in the real estate development sector and over $500m in sales, it’s no doubt The Colossal Club will disrupt both the NFT and high-end real estate markets.
The Colossal Club collection will begin with a genesis drop of 1000 unique NFTs, based around the existing luxury developments. Each NFT can be minted with just 0.1 Ethereum and will allow its owner to access all the benefits mentioned earlier, such as exclusive access to events or collector rewards. With the possible introduction of staking, the members of the Colossal Club would have access to passive cryptocurrency income on top of the already long list of benefits.
The team behind the Colossal Club plans the official launch for 16th august. Those who aren’t following the project closely but are part of the NFT ecosystem will for sure not miss the announcement, as it’s expected to be a significant investment opportunity.
