The selection process for Super Doctors is a rigorous multi-step process that awards doctors who have earned a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The Super Doctors research staff also searches medical databases and publications for doctors who have attained certain credentials, honors, or professional achievements. From a wide field of candidates, doctors are then evaluated on ten key metrics including their years of experience, hospital affiliations, fellowships, and board-certifications.
