Travelers Be Cautioned With Vietnam Visa Photo Size Requirements May Pose A Hurdle If Not Met With

Travelers who wish to enjoy the beauty of Vietnam must comply with the Vietnam visa photo requirements to get visa stamped easily. Photo is the significant document that needs no introduction for visa processing.
The team of Greenvisa, a government-registered agency for processing visa, believes that it is not the fault of the tourists who do the mistake but many a time the instructions given by the travel agent is conveyed in an improper manner. According to Greenvisa, the problem areas of applying for visa is the photo part where a traveler is confused when asked to affix a passport size photographs required for visa stamping. The confusion broadens as every country has their set of specifications. This is the reason why photo for Vietnam visa needs a strict inspection.
Regardless of the method a visitor wishes to enter the land of Vietnam, he must attach a photo of his for the same. Vietnam visa passport photo size requirements make it compulsory for visitors to have two recent identical, 2x2 inches photos. The photos must be in color with front view and under plain light background. The photos need to be presented at Vietnam airport to get visa stamp, for visa on arrival method, while photos can also be carried or posted to the Vietnamese Embassy along with the other documents.
For those who thought that was all, there is more to it. Photo size for Vietnam visa has more criteria onto the photo aspect. The facial expression on the photo must be neutral, meaning no smile or expression. The candidate is expected to face the camera with head straight and eyes looking into the camera. Candidates with glasses are allowed to wear thin frame glasses for the photograph. Covering of forehead or ear is not permissible unless on religious ground. An applicant is expected not to use cap, hats, and scarf during the visa photo session. The Immigration department rejects photos with filtration done on it. The department expects a simple RGB format photo with no editing on it. It must be noted that the photo must not be more than 6 months old from the date of applying for visa.
What’s interesting here is for travelers travelling on visa on arrival, there is an option of Vietnam visa photo at airport. At $5, the photograph can be taken and submitted at the Immigration Department in the airport.
Travelers must visit the website of Greenvisa or Vietnamese Immigration website for finding out all the Vietnam visa application photo requirements to avoid disappointment on the delay of visa or rejection of it.
