May 10, 2018
Following the successful acquisition of former Raintree Gardens at Potong Pasir Avenue 1, at the purchase price of $334.2 million in October 2016, the large 201,405 sq ft site will be redeveloped by both UOL Group and UIC Limited into a brand new private residential development.
Singapore - May 10, 2018 —
UOL Group Limited is very pleased and excited to announce the official launch of their next highly anticipated project. The release date of The Tre Ver is undisclosed at the time of writing but will be expected to take place in the next few months that is set to materialize within 2018. Located at Potong Pasir Avenue 1 and being diagonally opposite Saint Andrew’s Junior College (SAJC), it is situated within a very much in demand locale and a well-received neighbourhood by the local community.
The actual site was once occupied by the former Raintree Gardens, a HUDC privatised development comprising only three low-rise maisonette blocks that was built in the 1980s. With the successful and concluded collective sale arrangement made in late 2016 by UVD (Projects) Pte Ltd, a 50:50 joint venture from UOL Group & UIC Limited, this few blocks of ageing apartments will be removed and redeveloped into an awe-inspiring riverfront home.
As the name implies, The Tre Ver is a condo project by the river. A beauty and mesmerizing development blessed with many positive attributes, such as by having a 200 meters wide river frontage, surrounded by lush greenery as well as an unblocked view towards the landed properties enclave. It will be one of the best-looking waterfront home in the making.
WOHA Architects, the multiple award-winning architectural firm behind this were specially appointed to capitalize on the natural elements the subject site offers. With a gross plot ratio of 2.8 and a relatively huge land size, the entire boundary will be accommodating 729 units of residential homes, spreading over nine towers in different height levels respectively.
